Terminal Cargo: duty and shipping agencies. HISTORY: The Poznan airport was established in 1913, when the city was in the partition controlled by Prussia. First planes took off from the airport to Warsaw and Gdansk during a world exhibition on 10th May 1921. It received the status of an international airport in 1993. The current terminal was introduced to public use on 4th November 2001. STATISTICS: Number of passengers in 2004: 250 000. Number of take offs and landings in 2004: 17 000.
