● The car rental representative will provide you the reserved vehicle at any address in Bialystok. If you wish to pick up the car at the train station, please inform us about the details of your arrival (departure station, expected arrival time and train number) and wait for the agent by the information desk in the main hall.
● The pick-up service and drop-off services require a small surcharge after the agency’s working hours, at weekends and on holidays – look for more details in the e-mail with our offer.
Car rental office:
● Currently, in Bialystok we partner with one car rental agency that is located in the city centre. Upon your request, its address will be given to you on the confirmation document.
Outside Bialystok:
● The reserved vehicles may be picked up outside Bialystok. If you decide on such a service, please tell us the exact address and we will inform you about the additional costs.
