Bielsko-Biala, located in the south of Poland, is the administrative, economic and cultural centre of the Podbeskidzie region. Tourists are attracted by the proximity of the Beskidy Mountains, which are available for skiing in winter and hiking in during the summer. The hotels in Bielsko-Biala are seeing an increase in the volume of business travellers, caused by dynamic economic growth and the presence of foreign capital. As yet the Bielsko-Biala hotels market is not fully developed, there are only a limited number of good quality hotels situated near or in the centre of Bielsko-Biala and on the main roads to Katowice or Szczyrk. However, some of these are fully equipped with spa & health facilities.
