You save time of the employees, they do not have to search the accommodation options, we do it for them. We honestly advise about the hotels, their standard and services.

We do not ask for any booking fees, the rates for reservations are the same as on our website. After reaching a limit of reservations we can reduce prices for loyal customers and can reward them for their bulk monthly reservations.

If you want to book a hotel which is currently not in our offer, we still can reserve it for you at no additional cost.

If you want to book hotels for periodical stays, we can organise corporate prices for you from several places; you compare and decide which best suits your requirements.

We understand that our business customers’ schedules do not stay the same. Our customers are welcome to change their reservations. We do not charge on top for reservation changes.

We struggle for you to have the best possible cancellation policy. In selected hotels we have no-penalty cancellation policy.

For our business customers our office is open from 08:00 until 22:00 on working days and 10:00 until 17:00 on weekends. If you need any arrangements outside these hours, our business customers are provided with an emergency telephone number.

You can contact us via e-mail, our online chatbox, you can call us or text whenever you need accommodation or help of any kind.

In our contract we respect the company policies on travelling.

We prepare regular mothly expenditure reports for our business customers. Thus you can keep an eye on how much you spend on accommodation and other other costs.
