City centre / administrative boundaries of Bydgoszcz:
● The car rental representative will provide you the reserved vehicle at any address in Bydgoszcz. If you wish to pick up the car at the train station, please inform us about the details of your arrival (departure station, expected arrival time and train number) and wait for the agent by the information desk in the main hall.
● The pick-up and drop-off service may require a small surcharge (depending on the chosen car rental agency) during the agency’s working hours. After the company’s working hours, at weekends and on holidays, the surcharge may be higher – look for more details in the e-mail with our offer.
Bydgoszcz Ignacy Jan Paderewski Airport:
● Bydgoszcz Airport is situated only 3 km from the city centre; therefore the pick-up and drop-off costs are the same as in the centre.
● In order to organise a pick-up at the airport, please tell us your flight number. Our representatives do not have their offices at the airport; they will wait for you at the arrivals hall.
Car rental office:
● Currently, we partner with two car rental agencies in Bydgoszcz. They are located in different places in the city. So as to avoid additional fees, you can pick up the car at the rental office during its working hours. Upon your request, the car rental agency’s address will be given to you on the confirmation document.
Outside Bydgoszcz:
● The reserved vehicles may be picked up outside Bydgoszcz. If you decide on such a service, please tell us the exact address and we will inform you about the additional costs.
