Wroclaw
The most dynamically developing Polish conference city; Wroclaw specialises in mid-size conferences and congresses. It is a beautiful and large old town and its many hotels are professionally prepared to host your conference. Wroclaw has a strong potential in this sphere.

Warsaw
The capital has attracted international hotel chains and built many large luxurious hotels. Warsaw is ideal if you are planning a very large conference and want to locate people in one hotel. The biggest conference / exhibition premises are: Gromada Airport hotel, EXPO halls and the Palace of Culture (Congres hall).

Poznan
The presence of international fairs in Poznan has created strong meeting background facilities, where you can organise business conferences.

Krakow
In contrast to other Polish cities, most Krakow hotels have underdeveloped meeting facilieties. The historical houses and mansions of the old town usually have one small meeting room, often in the basement. The magical atmosphere can prove superb for small banquets and receptions, but the hotels specialising in conferences are further away from the old town. Krakow as yet has not established itself as a business conference centre, while it is highly suitable for academical meetings.

Mountains
Meetings and conferences in the mountainous areas have a certain flair. Mountains (Beskid, Tatra, Karkonosze) are very popular with Polish companies who want to prepare motivation programmes for their employees. The mountains are on the southern border of Poland and are thus ideal for conferences with a central-European agenda.

Masuria
Masuria Lakes are ideal for training sessions for companies and for academical conferences. Getting to the lakes requires a three or four day coach journey, but the reward is an environment where the group can focus on the common issues and can can enjoy the beautiful countryside.

Seaside
Seaside holidays in Poland are very seasonal, but the coast is attractive all year long even if the weather is sometime less than perfect. If you organise your meeting/conference from September-May you can count on very special prices and an attractive setting.
