Named after the famed Polish pianist, Chopin is a brand spanking new -floor property in the centre of Pruszcz Gdański, a rapidly expanding industrial neighbourhood some 10 kilometres outside Gdansk's downtown. There are some attention-worthy sites in town, but as an important communication junction in the area (with a railway, national road and A1 motorway all passing through), this a good base camp for visitors interested in exploring Pomorze and Kaszuby regions.
As the newest business-focused hotel in town, everything here is modern, but not particularly grand or glamourous. Room interiors are uncompromisingly comfortable, with warm woods and creamy hues filling the light-filled space. All come with large wardrobes, desks, cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, plus double-glazed windows and thick wall that effectively cut out the street noise. Bathrooms come equipped with shower cabins, hairdryers and heater for towels.
