The hotel is located in the centre, next to the Municipal Park and the Silnica River, 400 metres from Sienkiewicza Street, close to the railway station and the Bishop’s Palace. There is a bank, a grocer’s, a round-the-clock casino, and pubs nearby. Many rooms have a view of the park, busy Paderewskiego Street, or over the indoor swimming pool visited mainly by hotel guests.
Opened in 2006 as part of the five-storey Citi-Park complex, this light yellow building comprises the Citi-Hotel, the Citi-Sport sport & recreation area, and the Citi-Hall conference and banquet centre with its large balcony-terrace and two restaurants: the Akasaka serving Japanese-Korean cuisine, and the air-conditioned, family restaurant Oh! Happy Day, with another banquet room. There are 35 rooms with one-, two- or three-beds, and showers. Two corner suites have balconies overlooking Paderewskiego Street. This modern hotel has an interior in dark red, dark green and black, while the rooms and Oh! Happy Day restaurant are in warm orange, yellow and cherry hues. The hotel advertises its services at the doorway in the following way: “Internet! Swimming-pool! Breakfast!” Moreover, it offers its services under the slogan “There is free access to Internet and cable TV in all rooms and a one-hour visit to Citi-Sport is included in the room price.” Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi.

  There is a limited number of garage places at the hotel that cost 20 PLN/day, and 30 PLN/day during major trade fairs. Additionally, in front of the hotel there are municipal unguarded paid parking places for 9 PLN/day. The closest secured car park is approx. 500 m away.
