The hotel is situated in the centre of Kielce, near the busy Herlinga-Grudzinskiego roundabout, close to the railway and inter-city bus station, the most important offices, the market square, and the promenade along the Silnica River. It is a mere 250 metres to the Qubus to the Sienkiewicza Street pedestrianised zone, where you can find the best clubs in the city, and only 2 km to the trade fair area. Many rooms have views of old houses or the Holy Cross Church.
Qubus is the only air-conditioned four-star hotel in town, with its own fitness centre and Ogien restaurant, open to as late as midnight. Opened in 2006, this three-storey, bright brown hotel has an L-shaped plan, and offers modern and functionally arranged, noise-proof standard and deluxe rooms as well as Junior suites with bathrooms. All rooms have a subtle brown and beige decor, and trendy striped venge wood.
