The Perla is positioned just off a main highway leading out of the city centre. It takes about 20 minutes by cab or 40 minutes by bus and tram from the nearest stop ‘Kąpielowa’ to reach the city’s medieval market square. The hotel’s close to the A4 for Warsaw, Balice Airport can be reached in about 20 minutes and the nearby town of Skawina in around half an hour. In Łagiewniki is the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy, sanctified by the Pope in 2002 and now a popular Catholic shrine.
Perla may have been built in the 90s, but a recent refurb has given it a clean, crisp and contemporary vitality. A calming aqua blue colour scheme runs through the lobby, restaurant and rooms. Standard double sleeping quarters sport built in hanging space, large curvy desks and spot on shower rooms. The ground floor restaurant, decorated with bright modern wall prints and ash wood furnishings, is just the place to unwind.
