Lena sits on the top of the Gubałowka Mountain about a 10 minute walk from the funicular cable car station. Along the top of the mountain are a host of adventure parks, restaurants, cafes and souviner shops. To reach Zakopane city centre, guests can either take the train down the hill or catch the local mini-bus.
Lena is a traditionally mountain built wooden chalet housing five spacious open-plan apartments. Each one is fitted with a fully equipped kitchenette, strippy colourful floor rugs, pine furnishings and modern shower room. Some have wood burning fireplaces and bigger spaces come with mezzanine sleeping spaces. A great touch is the complimentary bottle of wine in all rooms on arrival. Lena nestles within landscaped gardens which have a grill, kids play area and a help yourself log pile to keep the fires well stoked. The Villa's apartments make the perfect base for families or anyone wanting to explore the Zakopane countryside.
