The Moszczeniczanka is located in Koscieliska Street, which leads from Zakopane to the Koscieliska Valley, on its southern side, close to the city border. A walk to the centre takes a quarter of an hour or longer, but it is only seven minutes to the Szymaszkowa ski lifts. There is a bus stop nearby. Willa Koliba, the museum of the Zakopane style, several hundred year old houses, the historical Peksowy Brzyzek cemetery are all close to the hotel. There are old and new villas with rooms for rent in the neighbourhood. Behind the fence, there are meadows extending up to the mountains. From the windows you have a view on the Tatra Mountains, Gubalowka, and neighbouring houses. One of the neighbours breeds Podhale shepherd dogs.
A state-owned hotel, it is formed from two parts – the building closer to the street has a regional conference hall, fireplace, heavy wooden furniture and parquet floors, as well as blankets, tabors and stools in the dining room, reminiscent of the 1970s. You, however, stay away from the street, in the brown-yellow building of wood, renovated in 2006, connected with the other building by means of a covered bridge, with a painting on glass exhibition inside. There is a driveway underneath. Drivers often create small miracles in trying to park their cars in the small yard, but a car park is planned. Moszczeniczanka offers rooms for one to four people, with bathrooms with showers, pinewood furniture, radios, a wide range of satellite TV channels, and wireless Internet in some rooms. The suite is equipped with a fridge, kettle, hydro massage, and has its own terrace. A coffee machine, Internet stand, deckchairs, paid Finnish sauna, and sport equipment are at your disposal. In spite of the fact that there are usually many children there, it lacks a proper playground.
