A stay here rewards visitors with fantastic views over the Tatra Mountains and plenty of opportunities to hike through the Zakopane countryside. The Redyk is about a 20 minute drive from the city centre, anything from 20 to 45 by local minibus, or a two hour walk. Guests can also visit the nearby Bachledowka Church and Gubalowka Mountain is about four km away. Near to the hotel is a ski slope with three ski lifts and there are also some thermal pools in the region well worth taking a dip in.
The Redyk sits perched high up in the Tatra Mountains in the town of Ząb and overlooking Zakopane city centre. It's in a picture postcard location surrounded by fields with 'Milka' style grazing cows enthusiastically clinking their bells. The hotel has singles, doubles, triples and apartments and almost all come with balconies. The style is classic mid-range hotel - beige walls, carpets and bedspreads of matching one-tone colours and fitted furnishings. Kettles plus complimentary tea and coffee and free-WiFi comes as standard. There's a jacuzzi, two saunas and a bar with its speciality honey liquer. But it's the views and the fresh air that are Redyk's real selling point and on this mountain top spot guests will enjoy plenty of both.

  A hot and cold buffet breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.30am. Breakfasts outside these hours and special diets can be catered for with advance notice.
