• To fully provide all services requested by our customers.
• Customers interested in our programs and services may receive our newsletters, information on our new products. If you receive a newsletter it is possible to sign out from our e-mailing list.

For additional safety, your credit card (CC) information is only made visible to hotels if they demand a guarantee for later payments. Your CC data is not stored in our database after your reservation is made and thus we will ask you for a guarantee every time you make a new booking - you do not risk any misuse of your secure data.

For online prepayments, we teamed up with eCard S.A., the leading corporate credit card service in Poland (www.ecard.pl). eCard guarantees the absolute secrecy of your CC information. Your CC details are not visible to the hotel or to StayPoland. The connection is encrypted by 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) protocol. There is an additional "3D" security feature.

In special cases: i.e. to monitor how people access our database, we use cookies. These are harmless pieces of programming code that your computer workstation temporarily stores in its memory. It is a practical statistical device used by virtually all commercial websites. The cookies expire in one week, do not include any Trojan horses or viruses and constitute no threat to the security of stored data in your computer.
