La Petite is situated in the villa district of Gdansk, between Kartuska Street and Armii Krajowej Avenue, which provide good access to the hotel, the Tri-city ring road and the airport. The nearest tram stop is located a few steps from the guesthouse, and the ride into the old town takes a few minutes only. La Petite is located at the corner of a narrow cobbled street, surrounded by detached houses with gardens. The shipyard can be seen in the distance.
The is a family-run yellow painted guesthouse is housed in a four-storey villa-type building constructed in 2003 and renovated in 2005. It was designed by an architect who specialised in hotels, and its facade has been decorated with a humming-bird. There are modern photographs on the walls of the lobby, and the reception serves as the command post between the kitchen and dining room, the entrance to the very small car park and the stairs. Similar brown decors are used for the single, double and triple rooms, all equipped with modern hotel beds, bathrooms, satellite TV, and free access to Internet. The rooms, bathrooms and windows are large, and you can use the kitchen, order coffee or tea for a small fee, relax or barbecue in the garden.
