The hotel is located in the centre, on Moniuszki Square, in front of the Kielce Cultural Centre. Close by is the Sienkiewicza Street pedestrianised zone, Evangelical church, the main post office, Museum of Toys, and Swietokrzyska Academy, while a little further is the market square and the Bishop’s Palace. There are taxi stands and banks on Moniuszki Square. The rooms have a view over the square or the patio.
This prize-winning Hotel Pod Roza is a renovated (2004) apartment house with a beautiful Art Nouveau interior and an interesting elevation, one of a number in a row facing the square, most dating from the beginning of the last century. Each of the 25 single and double rooms as well as suites is spacious, high, and of different sizes, styles and colours.
