Bang splat in the heart of the old historic city centre, City Hostel is in a great location to stay. It's a 20 minute hop from the main railway station, and only a few minutes stroll from the main market square, with all its historic attractions. There are plenty of restaurants, clubs and Cracovian cellar bars hidden in the labyrinth of streets surrounding the hostel.
City Hostel is in a renovated 18th century Cracovian townhouse and has a selection of various sized private rooms and two dorms offering basic, no frills, budget accommodation in the heart of the city centre. A reception and a small Internet lounge greet you on the ground floor and a renovated wooden staircase takes you to the rooms above. Rooms and dorms are spick and span and some privates have their own bathrooms while others only have a shower and shared facilities. All dorms have locker storage for each guest. The attic has been converted into the breakfast room cum daytime chill out area with sofas, TV, DVD and small kitchenette where guests can rustle up a brew and a snack. While there are some rooms on the ground floor this four floor hostel doesn’t have a lift.
