The Grand is conveniently located just off the historic main market square with its many museums and attractions, while in the hotel’s other direction are the medieval city walls and defences. The surrounding streets offer dozens of outlets to shop, browse, eat and drink in. The main railway and bus stations are about a five minute cab ride away. Note, some of our customers have commented on the noise from the street in rooms at the front.
This Grand Hotel was the palace of the once influential Czartoryski family and was converted into a hotel in 1887. It exudes an aristocratic charm with elegant original features and its sumptuous Mirror Hall Restaurant, immaculately restored to its 19th century heyday. Rooms feature Napoleonic style furniture which compliments some of the original features. These include wooden beamed ceilings and golden gilt panelling. However in the hallways and rooms some of the decor is showing its age - noted by some of our customers. The hotels' conference rooms and its restaurants and bars would make the Grand a good choice for a special event, banquet or conference.

  A hot and cold buffet breakfast is served from 7:00 till 10:00am. Special diets and breakfasts outside these hours can be catered for with prior notice.

  Children up to 10 years of age are accommodated free of charge, provided they stay in their parents' bed. Maximum two children in one room with their parents. High chairs and cots are available free of charge and a babysitting service can be arranged (extra charge).

• Parking:
  In the hotel courtyard there are three parking places charged at 25 EURO for 24 hours. There is guarded parking available 50 metres from the hotel charged at 45 PLN for 24 hours.
• Access for the Disabled:
  There is one specially adapted room for disabled people which has a walk-in shower, rails, low bed and no steps. There are two lifts to all floors; the lower floor fitness centre has some steps leading to it.
• Pets:
  Pets are accepted charged at a rate of 20 euro per night.
