Momotown is set back on a busy cafe and bar-lined road in Kazimierz. A big sign slapped on the side of the building should grab your attention. Enter through the gates and make for the reception which is the door on the right hand side of the building. The hostel’s a perfect base for exploring the nearby old town and Kazimierz’s hedonistic nightlife after dark.
Momotown Hostel has a funky young backpacker vibe about it. It has two big common room areas decked out with sofas to lounge on, an Internet point, games, a football table and TV with plenty of DVDs to borrow from the reception. Snazzy wall paintings add to the lively feel. There are dorms and private rooms offering up to 52 beds over two floors, all with their own locker inside the rooms and are plainly furnished. Communal bathrooms on each floor are clean and basic. Guests can also rent bikes at the hostel and in the summer the outside area is transformed into a cute courtyard garden. The hostel also has private twin rooms with bathrooms in nearby Szeroka Street available in the summer. Note, there's no lift in this three storey hostel.
