The Polski Pod Białym Orłem occupies a top spot in the historic city centre right opposite the last surviving part of Krakow’s medieval city walls and the Barbican, the city’s ancient fortress. Close by are plenty of souvenir shops selling traditional amber jewellery and crafts and the medieval market square's just a couple of minutes amble down the road.
