As the name says, all of Old Town Apartments' accommodation units are lodged in various buildings in the historical castle district, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Cultural, historical and gastronomic attractions abound in the area, but the nearby bus station puts it within fairly convenient 15-20 minute striking distance from the city centre's shopping and entertainment outlets.
A wonderful sense of old-world charm and civilised calm is the first and lasting impression here. No two apartments are the same, each door unveiling a different layout with casual and comfortable furnishings, clean bathrooms and a full-operational kitchen (or kitchen annex). A bit of a workout is involved as there are not elevators in the buildings and stairs can be steep. Several grocery stores are to be found in the neighbourhood, but there is also the possibility of ordering breakfast in a restaurant, but you need to inform the main OTA office in advance.
