The Royal Route Residence is located in a newly renovated tenement, at the crossing of the two most popular shopping streets, Nowy Swiat and Chmielna, so there are many boutiques, restaurants and cafés nearby. Within walking distance, you will also find most of the city’s main spots: the Old Town, Trzech Krzyzy Square, the Palace of Culture and Science, a metro station and the main railway station, Dworzec Centralny, with the neighbouring Zlote Tarasy shopping centre.
They apartments here are arranged in a modern style and fully equipped with furniture and all of the necessary technical devices, plus they have kitchens and bathrooms. There is the possibility of ordering breakfast, but you need to inform the reception desk when checking in. In order to get to the reception area of the Royal Route Residence, you have to go through the backyard (through a gateway on Nowy Swiat Street.)
