The Bellamonte Apart Hotel is located off Highway 47 near to a junction with Zakopane's main high street Krupowki. Guests need to turn off the highway to the hotel when they see the hotel signage. Nearby is a swimming pool, a bus that runs to Kościeliska Valley, great for walking trails, and the Gubałowka market and funicular train service, which runs to the top of the mountain.

Bellamonte's apartments are located within two new private blocks. All have spacious, open-plan living areas with a balcony, kitchenette, modern shower rooms and separate bedrooms. The overall look is contemporary with colour-coordinated convertible lounge couches, bedspreads and rugs. Cable Internet is free, flat-screen TVs come with Sat-stations plus there's free DVDs to borrow from the reception. Kitchens are fully equipped with electric hobs and a microwave, although some may niggle about the mini-bar fridge. After an action-packed days hiking or skiing, guests can chill out in the the block's sauna, jacuzzi and gym, included in the room rate. Bellamonte will appeal to trendy urbanites, young or old, or anyone looking for a stylish crash pad close to the city centre action.

Hotel is very new so I think with time it will get better. Good variety for breakfast, 3 hot dishes and cold meats/cheese/salads etc. Reception staff were very friendly! The bed was a bit hard and the pillows werent my cup of tea but the apartment itself was worth it. good definately outweighs the slightly bad. 4/5 stars...

Free wi-fi but signal a bit limited. Szymaszkowa ski slope 10 mins walk to the left and Gubalowka a bit less to the right. I would definitely stay here again!
Katarzyna USA 30 January, 2011 Leisure	Very good show details hide details Overall the hotel was great - really good location, just a minutes-walk from the main street of Zakopane in a quiet area. Our studio was very clean and cozy. My biggest complaint is that the room did not have a telephone in it and if we needed to talk to the reception, we had to get dressed (which probably would not be a problem in July, but in January with tones of snow and temperatures below freezing it was an ordeal) and walked across the courtyard. Upon our arrival the room did not have towels, which was fixed after a walk to the reception. The fridge in the room did not work - so we ended up chilling our drinks outside of our window, and the cable TV was disconnected, and it took them a day to fix it. Also, the reception staff was not the most friendly I've met. They were not rude, but every time we ask for an assistance, it seemed like we were an inconvenience. Overall, though, the hotel was a good value for the money and we enjoyed our stay, once all the issues were resolved.

I'd have some shuttles to the bus/rail station from the hotel for a small fee (2zl would cover the gas money, but also be cheap enough for people to go). A schedule of mini-buses to the specific sites in the park (Doliny, Morskie Oko, etc) would have been nice. My only complaint about the hotel itself is that the beds were horrible. We asked for a room with one large bed, and ended up with a bedroom that had two twin beds pushed together. I almost fell through the crack many times because the mattresses and beds moved as we slept. PLEASE invest in some larger beds!

Good view of river. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend that hotel sign should be located so it is easier to be seen.

This was a better location and it was very near the Gubalowska ski lift. It would be helpful if there was more information in English regarding the pricing of the cable car and ski lifts....although it's nothing to do with the hotel.

But WiFi is only available in reception area. Hotel is difficult to find using internet maps. Directions are as follows: From roundabout head along Powstancow. At the first road junction the hotel is down on the left but there is no left turn. So, stay on Powstancow until you can do a U-turn, then head back to the junction and the hotel is down on your right.
