The hotel is located on the Island of Sobieszewo, which forms part of Gdansk, on a quiet road to Gorki Wschodnie, about 1 km from the pontoon drawbridge. The centre of Sobieszewo, the beach and the Bird Paradise nature reserve are very close to the hotel. From the hotel one can see an arm of the Vistula River, local gardens, some woodland, and even an impressive linden tree. A trip to the city centre takes 20 minutes by car and 40 minutes by bus.
Open for over ten years now, this yellow, modern building takes the shape of a horseshoe enclosed around a patio in the middle, and has a restaurant on the riverside offering Polish cuisine. When just glimpsing the impressive foyer with its fireplace and a clock that strikes the hours, it would be difficult to guess that this was once a vacation centre for the employees of the company that owned it. There are rooms for 1-4 people equipped with large windows, bathrooms with showers, satellite TV, free Internet, and anti-allergic bedding. The suites have cream-coloured furniture with foldout sofas, refrigerators and safe-boxes, while one has a mirror mounted over the marital bed. For a fee, you can use the sauna, Jacuzzi, solarium, bicycles, the billiard table in the pub, and the beautiful banquet rooms. Thanks to the owner’s passion, the hotel is reminiscent of a greenhouse, with plants and flowers being cared for by the owner herself.
