Fian’s guest rooms are located inside a yard, 50 m away from the street, in a quiet part of Zakopane near the Tatra National Park’s head office and museum, Central Sport Centre and Forest Park. Fian is close to the junction of Chalubinskiego and Zamoyskiego streets, where there is a monument to Chalubinski. From Fian, you can get to the ski-jump and Krupowki within a couple of minutes, and to the Gubalowka funicular railway within half an hour. From the villa’s windows, there is a view of the garden with a swing, similar neighbouring houses, the inn, and another future hotel.
In operation since 1996, this white four-storey guesthouse with a brown, steep roof and green logo offers rooms and studios that can accommodate up to five people, has wooden beds, corner desks, small TVs with satellite TV and radio channels, telephones, electric kettles, bathrooms with shower cabins, good sets of cosmetics, including shower caps and cotton buds. The rooms only differ in size and furniture arrangement. Wireless Internet is accessible in some parts of the villa, half of the rooms have balconies, while sauna, Jacuzzi and solarium are extra. Fian owns the inn situated in front of the house, next to the street. During the day, it is the watering hole for thirsty visitors walking up towards Nosal, Kuznice and the John Paul II roundabout, or returning from the mountains, while in the evenings it becomes a highlander style restaurant, where the owners gladly organise folk shows.
