• Confidentiality – any information conveyed to us by our clients are treated as confidential. We do not disclose the name of firms with which we serve; no third parties have access to any photos taken at events organized for our Clients.
• Honesty – we do not sell an event by any possible means. We offer programmes and solutions we believe in, and which in our view are the best for our Clients.
• Certification and experience – we are operating as a tourism organiser on the basis of the permission no. 730. We have been active in the Polish market since 2003. We are a member of the Incoming Tourism Forum (Forum Turystyki Przyjazdowej), Warsaw Destination Alliance and American Society of Travel Agents.
• Assurance – StayPoland owns a banking guarantee for the sum of 91,000 zł insuring Clients’ interests.
• Team – StayPoland is made up by a team of experienced specialists who serve with their know-how and support. We care about enhancing the qualifications of our personnel. We believe that our team is our greatest capital.
• Contact – upon receiving a query we guarantee that one of our employees will contact you within 24h to fully acquaint themselves with your expectations concerning the event, so as to prepare the most suitable programme.
• Accessibility – during the realisation of an event the employee in charge will be at the Client’s disposal 24/7.
