Beside the numerous historical buildings around, there are dozens of restaurants, cafes, galleries and shops, and the historical Crane and Gdansk Glowny railway station are just a short (maximum 15 minute) stroll away.
Groups of travel buddies and vacationing families looking for more privacy and homier feel than a hotel can offer will delight in these comfortable, centrally-located apartments. Units have different layouts and sizes; all are spacious, bright and pleasantly furnished in classical or streamlined Scandinavian styles. There is a choice of either two or three bedrooms with beds and foldout sofas, linen, fully equipped kitchen or annexe, bathroom with bathtub, shower and towels, cable TV, DVD player, telephone, wireless Internet access, and intercom. While apartments on Ogarna street have plenty of charm (one even has windows overlooking the historic Dluga Street), the most appealing place is the so-called Traders Gate, which occupies a part of a 15-century gate house and boasts great waterfront views. Parking may be limited in the Old Town zone, but there's usually available space within 50 metres of each apartment.
