Paryzanka is located in Stasikowka, south of the Poronin-Bukowina Road. If you are driving from the Poronin direction, you need to turn right after passing the “Stasikowka” sign and the bridge, and continue for a few metres on a dirt road where a sharp angle bends steeply down. Both Poronin and Bukowina, known for their ski lifts and future Aqua Park, are only a few kilometres away. There is a bus stop 100 m from the villa. Paryzanka has no neighbours; the lot is separated from the other buildings by the road, Poroniec stream, and a forest extending for kilometres up into the mountains. The windows look out on the beautiful and vast garden. The Tatra Mountains and Gubalowka Hill can be seen from the sunbathing terrace and some rooms.
Built in 1980, this three-storey villa gained its popularity among individuals who came looking for privacy and conditions suitable for relaxation in nature, not necessarily moving out of the place. The villa has been expanded and modernised, but in spite of its highlander heritage, you will not find any wooden stools or any standard hotel furniture either. Colourful and comfortable, the interior differs from similar villas and constitutes a heritage of decades of hosting guests. These who like fluffy carpets, thick bedcovers, Turkish blankets, vivid colours of sofas and curtains, flower-pattern wallpapers, and wooden wall panels will like this villa and feel quite at home. The rooms for one to three people and studios are equipped with bathrooms with showers, TV and radio, while half of the rooms have balconies. In Paryzanka there is possibility to play badminton, darts, foosball (table football), and billiards. The owners are passionate about gardening, photography, and the hotel industry, being active in Podhale Citizens Union and organising folk shows with pig or mutton roasting. The host cooks for you, using her own ecological vegetables. You can agree arrival and departure hours with the hosts.
