City centre / administrative boundaries of Gdansk:
● A car rental representative will deliver to you the reserved car anywhere in Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot. If you wish to pick the car up at your hotel, the agent will wait by the reception desk. If you want to pick the car up at the Gdansk Central Station (Polish: Dworzec Główny), please inform us on the details of your arrival (departure station, expected arrival time and train number), and we will wait for you in the main hall by the information desk.
● Pick-up service and the drop-off may require little additional payment (depending on the chosen car rental agency) during the agency’s working hours. After the company’s working hours, at weekends and on holidays the additional payment may be higher – look for more details in the e-mail containing our offer.
Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport (Rebiechowo):
● The Gdansk airport is located approximately 15 km west of the city centre. There is one terminal. In order to pick you up from the right place at the right time, please tell us the number of your flight. A car rental representative will wait for you at the arrivals hall, opposite the exit from duty-free shops.
● The pick-up service and drop-off at the airport may require an additional payment, which can be higher at weekends and after the agency’s working hours.
Ferry slip – Gdynia:
● A ferry slip is located in Gdynia and it has a few terminals. To plan the pick-up service, we need you to provide the precise information about your arrival. Our agencies are not located at the port, therefore we will wait for you at the passenger terminal.
● Passenger terminal: A car rental representative will wait for you by the information desk, near the exit from duty-fee shops.
Car rental office:
● We partner with many car rental agencies in the Tri-city. They are located in different places in Gdansk, Gdynia and at Lech Walesa Airport. There are no additional fees for the self-pick-up at the car rental office during its working hours. Upon your request, the car rental agency’s address will be given to you on the confirmation document.
Outside the Tri-city:
● The reserved vehicles can be picked up outside Tri-city. In such cases, please tell us the exact address and we will quote you the additional costs. If you wish to hire a car for one day and return it outside the Tri-city, we recommend the transfer service by one of our limos.
