Downtown:

• The selected vehicle can be delivered to you anywhere within central areas of Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot (Tricity). If you wish to collect the car at your hotel, our agent will wait for you at the reception desk. If you’re interested in picking up your car at the Main Railway Station GDANSK GLOWNY, send us the exact information about your journey (departure point, time of arrival and train ID number) and we will meet you at the information desk in the main hall.

• You can pick up or drop off your rental for free, when within Gdansk’s centre and during the opening hours of the rental office (usually 06:00 – 22:00). Past office hours, the service requires an additional fee, estimated for you in our response letter.


Airport Gdansk - Rebiechowo (Lech Walesa):

• Gdansk Airport is situated 15 km west of Gdansk's centre. Even though the airport consists of just one terminal, we will need the information concerning your flight in order to arrange the meeting properly. Our affiliates do not have offices within the area of Gdansk Airport, so they will wait for you near the arrival gate (details below).

• More specifically, our agent will meet you at the duty-free zone exit door.

• The Gdansk Airport is quite far from Gdansk’s centre, but it is rather easily accessible, so there aren't any additional charges for rental pick-up or drop-off in that area. There are, however, after-hours fees, just like elsewhere in Gdansk.


Ferry Terminal – Gdynia (Port of Gdynia):

• The port located in the city of Gdynia, currently has eight terminals in operation, and therefore to schedule the delivery we will need the exact details concerning your ferry. Please note that our rental partners do not have offices located at the port, and thus the meeting will take place near the arrivals gate.

• FERRY TERMINAL: Unless specified otherwise, the car rental agent will wait at the information desk of the passenger arrivals hall.

Rental Company Office:

• In the Tricity, we cooperate with one local office, located in Gdynia. The address of the rental office will be included in the confirmation letter and if you wish, you can pick-up or drop-off your car there. However, please mind that the pick-ups can be scheduled at any given location within the city centre. The service is free of charge and is usually much more convenient for our costumers, who can collect their car at their hotel or apartment.

• Pick-up or drop-off at the rental company’s office is free of charge.


Outside Gdansk (Tricity):

• We also deliver vehicles to the suburbs or outside Gdansk. Should you find this option interesting, please contact our agents and to receive all the necessary details, including the estimated price.
