What are Golden Points?

How do I collect them?
For every 100 PLN spent on hotels you can receive 3 Golden Points: 1 point automatically upon hotel check-out and 2 Golden Points for reviewing the hotel’s service.
For example: for a reservation value of 500 PLN (approx. 125 EUR/165 USD), you get 5 Golden Points automatically. After rating the hotel, you gain 10 more points. In total, 15 new Golden Points.
How much are they worth?
Each Golden Point is worth at least 1 PLN. “At least” because among the gifts are discounted rooms offered exclusively for our regular customers.
The product’s real value will be higher than the gift’s value in Golden Points. You can easily collect enough points to win an interesting gift.
What can I exchange them for?
to see the list of gifts.

How can I receive a gift?
Delivery mode: Presents by post; vouchers for free hotel stays by e-mail; transfer of funds for the charity project is done automatically. After you order a gift, the system will deduct the used Golden Points from your account balance. You can use the remaining points in the future.
Can I receive Golden Points for my business trip reservations, too?

Terms and Conditions of the “Golden Points” loyalty program (“Program”)
All Customers who book accommodation through the website
(“Portal”) are eligible to participate in the Program.
The Customer shall earn Golden Points for any bookings made through the Portal. Golden Points are redeemable for Presents referred to further herein. The number of Golden Points earned by the Customer depends on the value of the bookings the Customer has made, and the fulfillment of the following conditions:
The general conditions of awarding Golden Points:
Individual Customers (not participating in the “Polish Hotels for Business” Program)
The Customer shall earn 1 Golden Point for every PLN 100 expended on booking accommodation through the Portal; Golden Points shall be awarded at the time the Customer’s booking is fulfilled by the selected accommodation facility. For completing a survey about the quality of the service provided, the Customer shall earn two extra Golden Points per each PLN 100 spent on booking accommodation.
(E.g. For booking accommodation worth PLN 350, the Customer shall receive 3.5 Golden Points. Upon completing a survey about the quality of the service provided, the Customer shall additionally receive 7 Golden Points.)
Employees of a Business Customer participating in the “Polish Hotels for Business” Discount Program
For each booking made under the “Polish Hotels for Business” Program and fulfilled in a selected accommodation facility, the Employee of the Business Customer shall be awarded 3 Golden Points for completing a survey about the quality of the service provided, regardless of the booking value.
A Golden Point has no fixed monetary value but its minimum value shall be no less than PLN 1. E.g. The Presents referred to herein include vouchers for complimentary accommodation in selected hotels, and the market value of such a Present is comparably higher than the value of the Present as expressed in Golden Points.

The number of Golden Points accumulated in the Customer’s account can be checked in the Customer Panel upon logging in to the Portal.
If a Customer books accommodation using many different e-mail addresses, having notified StayPoland.com in advance that the addresses belong to the same entity, the Panel shall display the total number of points earned for the bookings made to all the Customer’s e-mail addresses, both private and corporate. Notifications in this respect should be sent to
If the Customer is an employee of a company which enrolls on the “Polish Hotels for Business” Discount Program, the system of awarding Golden Points for the Customer’s business bookings shall change from the one described in §3.1 to the one described in §3.2 as soon as the discount program for the company comes into effect. The change to the point award system described in §3.2 shall apply to all Customer’s pending business bookings. The Customer can continue to make individual bookings using his or her private e-mail address as described in §3.1.
The principles related to the choice and delivery of a Present shall be determined by StayPoland.com who shall advise the Customer of the most attractive offers available on a current basis.
The charitable causes to which Golden Points can be donated include financial support for small community-run schools in the rural regions of Poland and financial support for the Social Capital Development Foundation. Golden Points donated to the charitable causes are redeemed for money which is then expended on extracurricular activities or students’ micro-projects that benefit local communities. On Customer’s request, StayPoland.com shall provide a report on the utilization of the funds allocated to the aforesaid charitable causes.
The “Golden Points” Loyalty Program comes into effect, and Golden Points start to be awarded, as from 15 June 2011.
