A group is usually defined as 10 or more people. If the figure is at least ten, our contracted hotels in Poland guarantee special group prices to us as a domestic travel agency and a frequent booker. If you are interested only in group hotel rates, use the group hotel rate request form below. Group hotel reservations do not have any extra service charges.

Besides accommodation, we ensure transportation, meals, and guided programs: anywhere in Poland.

With offices in the key cities of Warsaw and Krakow, we operate as a local Destination Management Company (DMC). This means we know all the conference facilities and the local service providers. In addition to large meetings and conferences, we also organize festive dinners, special leisure or team-building events and excursions.
