In Warsaw, it is popular to take a taxi from the Fryderyk Chopin Airport. It is situated roughly 7 kilometres south from the centre. Having a personalised pick-up at the airport makes it easier to orientate in the hustle of the airport hall and have a smoother journey to your hotel.

HOTEL - please wait at the reception

ECONOMY - Official radio taxi company: MERC - vehicle type: various Mercedes models. Your name will be on a board at the MERC stand (click here to see the arrival hall plan) and the stand staff will be informed about your itinerary. The staff should have a basic knowledge of English, while the driver usually will not speak any foreign languages. Price range: 60-70 PLN / car.

STANDARD - Personalised pick-up by a chauffeur dressed in a suit equipped with a STAYPOLAND welcome board and your name on it. Mercedes E-class limousine. Price: from 90 PLN / car (1-3 persons).

If your airplane is delayed, the driver will wait up to 2 hours. If there is more of a delay, we may be forced to take a fee for each additional hour (15 EUR – compact models). This fee is not required if you notify us about the delay by phone in advance.

V.I.P. - Personalised pick-up by a STAYPOLAND hostess (languages: English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian). Chauffeured high-class limousine: Mercedes S-CLASS or Lincoln to your choice. A bottle of champagne for the party and a glass for each traveller. The small details will be taken care of. Price: from 500 PLN / car.

For a normal taxi transfer: from WARSAW AIRPORT - CITY CENTRE you are likely to pay only 25-60 PLN (and even less if you call one of the cheaper taxi companies from the airport, but they can leave only from the departure platform one floor up), but there are also "private driver companies", which approach foreigners in the arrival hall and can rip you off up to 150 PLN for one standard drive.

If you do not want a taxi, the usual way of getting to the centre is via Bus #175, which leaves from the arrivals section every 15-20 minutes. The bus goes to the main railway station and the Old Town area, but the inconvenience is that it makes frequent stops, and only at some of the hotels.

A personalised Warsaw Centralna Station pick-up costs from 70 PLN depending on the destination and pick-up hour.

Balice Airport is located 15 km west from the Old Town area. There are a few options for getting there.

The most convenient way -- especially if you are in a group -- is to book a shuttle in advance. Our driver will await you with a board with your name on it at the arrival hall. We will also provide you with his phone number.

STANDARD – Personalised pick-up, usually with a minivan (e.g. Volskwagen Sharan or Volkswagen Caravelle). Price: from 90 PLN / car. (1-4 persons)

VIP – Personalised pick-up by a STAYPOLAND hostess. We offer a luxurious Lincoln and a glass of champagne as a welcome drink for each traveller. Price: from 500 PLN / car.

MINIBUS - for larger groups, we recommend pick-up with a Mercedes Sprinter or Iveco. Price: from 300 PLN / car.

You can use a local taxi, but you never know if the car will be clean and the driver polite and honest. What’s more, nobody will await you at the arrival hall and you will have to call the taxi on your own.

You can also use a train. The journey takes 15 minutes and the train leaves every 30 minutes. Nevertheless, if you have a lot of luggage you’ll probably need another means of transport from Krakow Glowny Railway Station to your hotel. Our prices start from 60 PLN / car.

OTHER CITIES

We arrange shuttles in all major Polish cities, such as Gdansk, Wroclaw, Poznan, Katowice, Lodz, Szczecin and Bydgoszcz.

We are not able to provide luxurious limousines everywhere, but our cars are always comfortable and clean. The driver will meet you at the airport arrival hall or at the platform of the railway station, and help with your luggage. We will send you all the details after we receive a request from you. Only afterwards will you be asked to provide your credit card, pay and receive a confirmation voucher.

Not only do we provide transfers with cars and vans, but also buses. Upon request, we arrange transfers also in other cities or even small towns.
