Don't let the lackluster white exterior fool you, Hotel Mat's is a distinctive and stylish locale along a busy Bulgarska Street near the city's special economic zone. With the airport just a 10-minute drive away, this is an ideal place for corporate high-flyers who need a place to crash before an early flight, but the mod cons make it a good place for extended stays. Journey time to the city centre by public transportation lines is usually around 30 minutes in normal traffic.
This well-established roadside hostelry contains an admixture of classical design and lashings of contemporary sparkle: hallways are stuffed with a cavalcade of antique clocks and period furniture while a full-sized tennis court graced the nicely landscaped back yard.
