City centre / administrative boundaries of Krakow:
● A car rental representative will deliver to you the reserved car anywhere in Krakow. If you wish to pick the car up at your hotel, the agent will wait by the reception desk. If you are travelling by train and arriving at Krakow Central Station (Polish: Dworzec Glowny), please inform us on the details of your arrival (departure station, expected arrival time and train number).
● The pick-up service and drop-off may require a little additional payment (depending on the chosen car rental agency) during the agency’s working hours. After the company’s office hours, at weekends and on holidays the additional payment may be higher – look for more details in the e-mail with our offer. There may be problems with pick-ups in the Old Town, since vehicle traffic there is restricted. Therefore, the best place for meeting the car rental representative is at the attended car parks outside the Old Town. If you are interested in one of these options, please provide the relevant information in your confirmation document.
John Paul II Airport (Balice Airport):
● The Krakow Airport is located 15 km west of the city centre. Currently, there is one terminal. In order to pick you up at the right time, please tell us the number of your flight and the expected time of arrival. A car rental representative will wait for you at the arrivals hall.
● Since the airport is situated outside Krakow, fees for the pick-up and drop-off are usually higher than in the administrative boundaries of the city - look for more details in the e-mail with our offer. After the company’s working hours, at weekends and on holidays the additional payment may be even higher.
Car rental office:
● We partner with many car rental agencies in Krakow. They are located in different places in the city. There are no additional fees for the self-pick-up at the car rental office during its working hours. Upon your request, the car rental agency’s address will be given to you on the confirmation document.
Outside Krakow:
● The reserved vehicles may be picked up outside Krakow. In such a case, please tell us the exact address and we will quote you the additional costs. If you wish to hire a car for one day and return it outside Krakow, we recommend the transfer service by one of our limos.
