City centre/ administrative boundaries of Lodz:
● The car rental representatives will provide you the reserved vehicle at any address in Lodz. If you wish to pick up the car at the train station, please inform us about the details of your arrival (departure station, expected arrival time and train number) and wait for the agent by the information desk in the main hall.
● The pick-up and drop-off service may require a small surcharge (depending on the chosen car rental agency) during the agency’s working hours. After the company’s working hours, at weekends and on holidays, the surcharge may be higher – look for more details in the e-mail with our offer.
Lodz Wladyslaw Reymont Airport:
● Lodz Airport is situated approximately 5 km from the city centre. Currently, it has two terminals. In order to organise a pick-up from the airport, please tell your flight number. Our representatives do not have their office at the airport; they will wait for you at the arrivals hall.
● The pick-up and drop-off at the airport require a small surcharge. The payment for these services is higher at weekends and after the agency’s working hours.
Car rental office:
● Currently, in Lodz we partner with one car rental agency that is located outside the city centre. So as to avoid additional fees, you can pick up the car at the rental office during its working hours. Upon your request, the car rental agency’s address will be given to you on the confirmation document.
Outside Lodz:
● The reserved vehicles may be picked up outside Lodz. If you decide on such a service, please tell us the exact address and we will inform you about the additional costs. If you wish to hire a car for one day and return it outside Lodz, we recommend our limo transfer service.
