Travel time to Warsaw by car is 20 minutes by car during low-traffic hours and about 45 minutes by bus, which stops right outside the complex.

The apartment complex consists of several one-, two-, three-room suites of various size (ranging from 34 up to 74 m2) which are bright and warmly decorated. Each has a fully equipped kitchen annex with fridge and kettle, flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, phone, balcony or terrace and bathroom with shower or bathtub. Monitored parking, underground garage, children playground and place for garden-party with barbecue are also at guests' disposal.
