Farmona is located in the Lagiewniki district which is about 40 minutes by bus and tram from stop ‘Borek Fałecki’ to the city centre. Ariving from the airport or Warsaw, it’s easy to circumnavigate the city centre on the A4 and reach Farmona by turning onto Zakopianska. Within Lagienwniki is the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy, a popular pilgrimage destination for many Catholics.
Farmona is a bit of a Zen Buddhist retreat as its real pull is a luxurious, Balinese inspired spa and beauty treatment centre. Here guests can be invigorated with hot stone massages, be seduced in rose petal baths or unwind on Asian inspired leaf beds. Rooms are calming spaces with ash wood furniture, leather upholstered seating and warming colour schemes. Suites are more luxurious with antiques, vases and sepia-tinted prints. This decadent theme runs through the coridors and restaurant with sculptures, rich dark and red furnishings, gold leaf decorations and subdued lighting. Guests can unwind in the stylish Magnifica Restaurant and Bar on the ground floor. The hotel also sells its own range of cosmetics complimenting its treatments. Farmona would make a perfect place for a romantic break.
