The Jan hotel is situated only a couple of dozen metres from the stunning Market Square (Rynek Glowny), the heart of Old Cracow.
A historic, five centuries old, town house gradually filled with hotel rooms - singles, doubles and triples. Hints of mediaeval architecture appear in several places in the interior of the hotel. Rooms were modernized in 2003 (they now come in several color varieties). There are various rooms, some of them are cheaper - they are air-conditioned, but come with smaller windows in the ceiling. But all rooms are recommended as the hotel gives a great value for its price.
