Qubus Krakow is part of the Qubus hotel chain and fronts the Wisła. It's located just over the river from the medieval city centre in the up and coming Podgorze district. It takes around 10 minutes to cross over the bridge to reach Kazimierz and 20 or so to reach Wawel Castle and the city centre.
