The Senacki Hotel is located on the ancient royal route of Grodzka Street mid-way between Wawel Castle and the Main Square. Rooms at the front overlook the Baroque 17th Church of Saints Peter and Paul, while to the hotel's right is Magdaleny Square and a maze of medieval streets leading off it. The main bus and train terminals are only a five to ten minute cab ride away. The Senacki's a top place to take in all the sights and sounds of the mysterious old town.
With its neo-classical frontage sporting a double balcony over its entrance, the Senacki beautifully compliments its medieval surroundings. It has a combination of standard double, luxury and single rooms tastefully furnished, with old style prints off Krakow and drapes at the windows. Some rooms have parquet flooring, some are carpeted. Bathrooms with shower are spick and span. Rooms on the fourth floor, which were converted from the attic, have a more modern glow with polished floorboards and smaller windows due to the conversion. Old oak supporting beams give a reassuring touch to the these rooms. For a special treat or anniversary, one of two luxury rooms can be booked, one of which comes with that balcony.
