Tuberoza is situated in one of the main streets of Zakopane, and it manages to remain a calm oasis even though it is part of Pilsudskiego between Krupowki and the ski jump. In a few minutes, you can get to the shops and restaurants of the centre, or to the mountain trails. From its windows, there are views on similar neighbouring villas with rooms for rent, as well as local greenery, the street, and a small car park. Almost all rooms have a mountain view.
The villa dates from 1929, constituting a marvellous example of architecture of the period between the two world wars, with a logo stylised accordingly. The villa’s cosy lounge with loggia, library, decorative lamps, fireplace, creaking floorboards, old bar and the terrace with deckchairs and a mountain view is particularly admired. Interestingly, an easy atmosphere prevails there, and usually there are plenty of English-speaking guests. This villa is the right choice for anyone who appreciates comfort, tradition, calm and a convenient location. Renovated three years ago, it offers rooms and suites for one to four persons, equipped with white bathrooms, retro style furniture that includes wardrobes with mirrors, small and traditional TVs, telephones and wireless access to the Internet. Half of the rooms have balconies. The rooms are in tones of green, heather and violet, and watercolours decorate the walls. The paid sauna and Jacuzzi, as well as free gym, billiards, darts, ski storage, as well as coffee and tea are all available. Towels are exchanged daily, and bedding upon request. A hotel attendant is always present, so there is no need to bother carrying the room key outside. The small garden is separated from the street by a low wall with a mini gate.
