The Tuberoza Hotel is an elegant townhouse with an attractive cream and green frontage. It's only about a 10 minute walk to Zakopane's main drag and nearby is the family friendly Trollandia Park with its own adventure playground.
Built in 1922 the owners of Tuberoza have kept up its twenties appeal creating a refined and elegant spot, that's a pefect place to take afternoon tea. The 'drawing room' features a period mahogany bar topped off with a Tiffany light, a perfect spot for a cocktail. Here guests can curl up on a sofa or spread out on the plant-filled terrace and enjoy the mountain views. Rooms are a good size and are decked out with antique style furnishings, flat screen TVs and classic black and white chequered tiled bathrooms. A few come with their own balcony. Below stairs lurks five 'bonus' spaces - a gentlemen's billiards room, a movie room, a kiddies playroom, mini gym, sauna and jacuzzi. The Tuberoza makes a refreshing change for anyone looking for an alternative to the ubiquious Zakopane pine clad hotels.
