Very good hotel, service and the hotel staff very good too!

bella la struttura accoglie il vitatore con ingresso ricco di vegetazione. Utile disporre alla reception di volantini in più lingue per spiegare la modalità di accesso al parco

Surprised me positively the staff and the withereses in restaurant that were very kind!
I recommend to the hotel manager to give more information about the nearest area and all trips possibility.

The hotel was much better than we had hoped. The room was very nice, clean and with a nice balcony.
The hotel is good value for money and we can recommand it. However, don´t expect that the staff speaks english. Anyway we managed although we don´t speak polish.

Hotel jest przepieknie polozony i swietnie zagospodarowany (piekny park przy hotelu, super plac zabaw dla dzieci). Mimo ze hotel byl prawie pusty, nie udostepniono pokoi w cenie promocyjnej. Sciany miedzy pokojami sa tak cienkie, ze slyszy sie kazdy krok i kazda rozmowe za sciana. Pokoje sa ladnie urzadzone, ale na balkonie jest w 2-osobowym pokoju tylko jeden lezak, takze wspolne korzystanie z balkonu jest nie mozliwe. Jedzenie jest wysmienite, panie w recepcji bardzo mile i pomocne. Jedzenie w restauracji jest 'swojskie' i po prostu fantastyczne! Niestety do sniadania nie mozna zamowic dla dzieci kakao.

The price on StayPoland and the reservation was not the same as we payed on the Hotel. It was 40 plz/night/room more then on the reservation. Total more then 300 plz for your stay! That is very bad!

A wonderful, comfortable hotel but some distance from the attractions and arguably not great value for money.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, l'hôtel possède un excellent restaurant servant un petit déjeuner incroyablement bon,varié,consistant, il y en a pour tout les gouts, la carte du menu( en anglais polonais et allemand)est variée et les plats très bons;surtout gouter les pierrogis et la bière locale la ZUBR.
Gros point noir le parking,vous n'avez pas trop le choix, ou vous laissez votre voiture dans la rue(pas conseillé) ou vous la rentrez dans le parking et c'est 25PLN la nuit donc un peu pris au piège la dessus.
La douche dans la salle de bain est vraiment désastreuse, un calvaire eau bouillante et glacée se relayent pour notre plus grand déplaisir et sans pression d'eau ...peut mieux faire.
Il serait bien de proposer un guide pour pouvoir aller sans problème dans la foret de Bialowieza avoir accès à plus d'endroit car il faut tout faire à pied

Hotel was to a high standard, but the lack of a kettle in the bedroom was very disappointing and at the end of the stay to be told there was an additional charge of 125 Zl for car parking came as an unpleasant surprise.

Well situated if you drive a car. Just 5 min. driving to the info point and main entrance to Bialowieza Natural Park. Nice and traditional decoration. Food is allright. Only bad thing was under the sheets of my bed, it was a bit dirty (many hair rests).

Se podría mejorar la relación calidad-precio por la cama supletoria en el hotel.
También seria de agradecer una mayor información acerca de las posibilidades de realizar salidas, excursiones y otras actividades.
Fué agradable el jacuzzi y el aspecto de la entrada y jardines del hotel.

Excellent hotel overall, goor price, rooms very nice. Breakfast not brilliant but that may be the usual Polish breakfast. No information at reception about excursion or turist actrations. Otherwise great.

We enjoyed the stay very much, and the room was very good. Nonetheless, we do NOT recommend dining at the restaurant, because it wasn't good at all. I ordered a fish dish, and it was just horrible. It did not match at all, the description in the menu. Breakfast was ok.

Very nice staff at the front desk. What was bad: Everything was an extra charge, like the sauna or the parking. I did not know this upfront. Then the sauna did not work. No quick remedy was at hand, so we could not go to the sauna after a strenough hike. The staff at the breakfast table was rude, never replied to my "Dzien Dobry" just ignored me.

Bardzo smaczne śniadania, miła i pomocna obsługa. Z drugiej strony kuriozum w postaci toalety bez pokrywy i do tego nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju (na szczęście bez problemu dostaliśmy inny pokój i było ok).

Why on earth the hotel or service staff in Poland, in Bialowieza Hotel too, never smile or show any sympathy/empathy/friendliness in any situations.

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. beautiful bedrooms, excellent food and service, ideal location. This hotel deserves another star!

Some real Polish food on the menu - tasty and giving energy for a whole day of activities. And a change from the "international menu" we had everywhere else.

We have ordered double standart. They have NO double stadarts. We have got a twin and were advised to fold up the beds if we want double :(.
Also according the reservation, a booklet of the town had to be included free of charge - but it had not, so they are inaccurate describing the package of the hotel.

Le meilleur petit déjeuner que nous ayons pris en Pologne. Un festin ! Le site de Bialowieza est inoubliable. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel.

Loved the balcony and the garden. Food was also excellent. Would like to have an anti mosquito device in rooms, as it was hot so we needed windows open.

Some suggestions:
- offer the chance of taking a massage (we were said it was no possible),
- put thicker curtains in the room in order to avoid the light get into the room (for some people, like in our case, it's very difficult to sleep with light)
- more light in the room (higher watts)

Nawiązanie do natury i tradycji oraz bardzo międzynarodowe towarzystwo. W przyszłości zbliżyć wygląd hotelu do domów mieszkańców, np. więcej drewna.

went on a bike ride into forest and managed to get lost, did not get back till after dark but no one seemed to worry !
