The apartments are located on the four-lane Powstancow Slaskich Street. If you are approaching from the centre you will see a signboard telling you when to turn right to arrive at the apartments, but if you have problems the neighbours can direct you to what they still know as “the doctor’s house”. This location next to a busy road has the advantage of easy access; the road passes the lower station of the Gubalowka funicular railway, only a 15-minute walk distant, the Szymaszkowa outdoor swimming pool and ski lifts, at 350 m distant, and neighbouring Koscielisko. Leluja is located a few metres above the road, thereby limiting noise volume, so you can still enjoy sitting outside and admiring the great views of the Tatra Mountains. From the apartments, there is a view of similar houses in the neighbourhood, and the meadows on the slopes of Gubalowka.
This white villa was built in 2003, chiefly of stone and timber in the highlander style. As a small, family-run guesthouse it offers five doubles and suites, with balconies. There are refrigerators, electric kettles, radios, TVs with eight channels, and bathrooms with hairdryers. As well as the rooms and suites situated in the main building, there is also a separate cabin over the garage, connected with the rest of the house by a covered passage way. The dining room furniture is of pine, its walls are decorated with paintings on glass, and any tourist-related information is pinned to a notice board. Wireless Internet can be accessed throughout the entire building. For children, there are toys, a baby bathtub and a carrycot. There is a well-kept garden with a regularly mown lawn around the house. A monitored, free car park is located between the villa and the road. The doctor, the owner, is available on the spot.
