City centre / administrative boundaries of Szczecin:
● The car rental representatives will deliver to you the reserved car anywhere in Szczecin. If you wish to pick the car up at your hotel, the agent will wait by the reception desk. However, if you prefer to pick the car up at the Central Station (Polish: Dworzec Główny), please inform us on the details of your arrival (departure station, expected arrival time and train number) and wait for the agent by the information desk.
● The pick-up service and drop-off may require a little additional payment (depending on the chosen car rental agency) during the agency’s working hours. After the company’s office hours, at weekends and on holidays the additional payment may be higher – look for more details in the e-mail with our offer.
Szczecin-Goleniow “Solidarnosc” Airport:
● The Szczecin airport is situated approximately 40 km north-east of the city centre and has one terminal. To organise a pick-up from the airport, please tell us the departure point, the exact number of your flight and the expected time of arrival. Most of the car rental representatives do not have their offices at the airport and will wait for you at the arrivals hall.
● Since the airport is located far from the city centre, the pick-up and the drop-off usually require an additional payment. The payment for these services is also required at weekends and after the agency’s working hours.
Car rental offices:
● We partner with a few car rental agencies in Szczecin. They are located in different places in the city. To avoid additional fees, you can pick up the car at the car rental office during its working hours. Upon your request, the car rental agency’s address will be given to you on the confirmation document.
Outside Szczecin:
● The reserved vehicles may be picked up outside Szczecin. In such cases, please tell us the exact address and we will quote you the additional costs. It is not possible to hire a car for one day and return it outside the city – in such cases we recommend the transfer service by one of our limos.
