We base our tour conditions on common sense principles. The tour conditions are meant to protect both the customer and us. However, in practice, the overriding principle is your total satisfaction.

We provide a wide range or tour services. Depending on their type and scope, we ask for the applicable payment and cancellation requirements. All in all, there are 4 kinds of Tour Conditions:

• CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL TOURS
• CONDITIONS FOR TAILOR-MADE TOURS
• CONDITIONS FOR GROUP TOURS

1. Secured a place on a tour program on set departure days? - Check Fixed-Date Escorted Tour conditions.
2. Booked e.g. only a guide or just 1-4 services? - We offer relaxed Individual Tour conditions.
3. Traveling individually or in a small group and reserving a more complex tour with at least 5 services?
   - We will provide personalised 24/7 support for you and apply Tailor-Made Tour conditions.
4. Going to Poland as a group of at least 10 people and needing a proper group tour?
