City centre / administrative boundaries of Lublin:
● The car rental representatives will provide you the reserved vehicle at any address in Lublin. If you wish to pick up the car at the train station, please inform us about the details of your arrival (departure station, expected arrival time and train number) and wait for the agent by the information desk in the main hall.
● The pick-up and drop-off services may require a small surcharge (depending on the chosen car rental agency) during the agency’s working hours. After the company’s working hours, at weekends and on holidays, the surcharge can be higher – look for more details in the e-mail with our offer.
Car rental office:
● We partner with a few car rental agencies in Lublin. They are located in different places in the city. So as to avoid additional fees, you can pick up the car at the rental office during its working hours. Upon your request, the car rental agency’s address will be given to you on the confirmation document.
Outside Lublin:
● The reserved vehicles may be picked up outside Lublin. If you decide on such a service, please tell us the exact address and we will inform you about the additional costs.
