City centre / administrative boundaries of Warsaw:
● The car rental representatives will deliver to you the reserved car anywhere in Warsaw. If you wish to pick the car up at the Warsaw Central Rail Station (Polish: Dworzec Centralny), please inform us on the details of your arrival (departure station, expected arrival time and train number) and wait in the main hall by the information desk.
● The pick-up service and drop-off may require a little additional payment (depending on the chosen car rental agency) during the agency’s working hours. After the company’s office hours, at weekends and on holidays the additional payment may be higher – look for more details in the e-mail with our offer.
Fryderyk Chopin Airport:
● The Warsaw airport is located 8 km south of the city centre. Currently, there are two terminals. In order to pick you up from the right place at the right time, please tell us the number of your flight. Most car rental representatives do not have their agencies at the airport and will wait for you at the arrivals hall.
● Since the airport is situated within the administrative boundaries of Warsaw, fees for the pick-up and drop-off are the same as in anywhere in the city.
Car rental office:
● We partner with many car rental agencies in Warsaw. They are located in different places in the city. In order to avoid additional fees for the pick-up service, you can pick up the car yourself at the car rental office during its working hours. Upon your request, the rental agency’s address will be given to you on the confirmation document.
Outside Krakow:
● The reserved vehicles may be picked up outside Warsaw. In such cases, please tell us the exact address and we will quote you the additional costs. If you wish to hire a car for one day and return it outside Warsaw, we recommend the transfer service by one of our limos.
