All reviews and ratings published on StayPoland.com are genuine opinions of people who participated in our trips.
If you participate in a trip organized by us, we will send you a survey a few days after the end of the tour. In the survey, we will ask for your opinion about our service. You will be able to both write a review and give a score (on a scale of 1-5) for individual elements of the trip.
Then, we will calculate the arithmetic mean from the partial ratings and publish it on the page with the description of a given tour. All partial ratings will also be published, as well as your review.
