How much is the discount?
The discount depends on the tour you choose. You can find the discount information on the tour description page, in the price list.
Who can get the discount?
The discount is available for groups of at least 4 people. So gather your friends or family and book together!
How do you calculate the discount?
We base the discount on the final tour price and it applies to each person in your group.
When and how is the discount given?
Here's how it works:
  • When you book, you'll pay a 20% deposit. The rest of the amount is due at least 65 days before your tour starts. We’ll process your discount between 40 and 45 days before the tour by refunding the discount amount to the credit card you used for the booking.
  • If you book less than 65 days before the tour, we’ll charge you the full tour price minus the discount right away.
What currency is used for the discount and refund?
Everything is in Polish Zloty (PLN), following our general Terms of Service. The discount and any refunds will also be in PLN, using the exchange rate at the time of the refund. Prices in other currencies are provided for reference only.
What if someone in my group cancels?
If your group size drops below 4 people because someone cancels, unfortunately, the discount for the whole group will be canceled, and no refunds will be given.
