HOTEL GALAXY is located in the city centre near to Vistula river with the view to Podgórze District on the south side. You can admire the Old Town panorama from the highest hotel floors. The building is situated in the neighbourhood of the shopping centre “Galeria Kazimierz”, as also “State Street” office building. It’s just 10 minutes walking distance from the historical Jewish district Kazimierz, where you’re able to spend unforgettable moments in synagogues, museums, cafes, clubs and restaurants. Along embankments of the Vistula river you get to the Wawel Hill with Royal Castle and Dragon Cave. It’s only several minutes to visit the Main Square from here. Historical Podgórze District, including famous Oskar Schindler’s Museum, are also available just couple minutes from our hotel.
To satisfy our guests’ needs we offer 3 different room types: Standard, Business Class and Suite. It’s possible to join the rooms to make them more spacious. Some of the rooms are equipped with comfortable sofa-beds. These solutions allow for convenient family, groups or disabled accommodation.
There are 205 rooms in the hotel:
- 174 Standard rooms (144 twin, 29 dbl, 1 sgl);
- 26 Business Class rooms (5 twin, 21 dbl);
- 5 Suite rooms with double beds.
The four-star modernly designed Galaxy Hotel welcomes tourist groups, individual guests, businessmen, the conference participants as well as families who have got specific requirements.
We will be happy to assist you with complete meeting service as also in putting together a social programme and other attractions for your guests. The conference team will be delighted to help you with room selection, comfortable space arranging, coffee breaks and menu assortment and organizing your leisure time as well.
Hotel guests are able to use our indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and fitness club. Our SPA centre offers various relaxing, rejuvenating and beautyfying treatments. The guests are welcome to use our sauna with caldarium. There is also commercial centre available in the hotel where you can buy souvenirs from Cracow or to get a haircut. For our younger guests we prepared a special playing area.
Free Wi-Fi Internet access in entire hotel. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and offers seperated smoking areas.
Travellers can park their vehicles in our own underground and outdoor car park with capacity up to 70 cars. The price for one parking space is 10 Euro/day. Coaches are able to park outside for 15 Euro/day.
In the hotel there is a possibility of renting an electric wheelchair.
The restaurant overlooking Vistula River is open from 12.00 to 24.00 and offers international dishes, elaborate desserts and light snacks. There are 3 bars at our guests disposal: in lobby bar you can drink epresso before your check-out, have an aperitif before your dinner in restaurant, as also to spend time and drink in our winter garden teracce.
The total area of our conference rooms is equal to almost 1550 square meters. Conference rooms are equipped with modern audio-visual system and fully air-conditioned. The movable walls system allows to divide it into smaller rooms. Adjoining full glass coverd terrace is another option for your meetings with almost 300 square meters.
Please note that from 10th till 23th January 2022, due to the annual mandatory review - the swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas will be closed. We apologise for any inconvenience.
